spaghetti 200g
tomato souce 250ml
bio coconut oil 1tsp

Read instructions on packaging, unpack & separate waste,
then clean your goods.
Prepare all ingredients and put water to boil.
Chop garlic into small pieces.
Put the spaghetti into boiling water, add a tiny bit of coconut
oil, and cook on a low heat while stirring often.
Prepare the tomato sauce.
Put coconut oil in a pan and wait until it heats up.
Add and fry garlic, then turn down the heat.
Add rinsed spaghetti - almost soft to the core.
Sprinkle with marjoram, then pour the tomato sauce onto the spaghetti.
Stir slowly so that the spaghetti are evenly soaked in sauce.
