VEGAN ROCKET SALAD WITH PEAR & SUNFLOWER SEEDS

dijon mustard 1tsp
sunflower seed oil 1tbsp

sunflower seeds 70g
black sesame
kala namak
cayenne pepper
Read instructions on packaging, unpack & separate waste,
then clean your goods.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the pear into thin slices.
Heat up the sunflower seeds in a large pan.
Lightly sprinkle the seeds with ground black pepper
and kala namak (black salt).
Mix mustard with salt and paprika in a small bowl.
Add black sesame and make a dressing.
Put the rocket leaves in a large bowl and pour the dressing over them.
Sprinkle with roasted sunflower seeds and mix well.
