VEGAN MASH WITH GRILLED FENNEL & MUSTARD SAUCE

dijon mustatrd 5g
soy sauce
bio coconut oil 1tsp
sunflower seed oil

flax seeds
cumin
black pepper
kala namak
sea salt
sugar
Read instructions on packaging, unpack & separate waste,
then clean your goods.
Prepare all ingredients and put water to boil.
Cut the potatoes, fennel, and onion.
Brush fennel on both sides with oil, season with salt,
and grill until tender.
Grill the onion alongside the fennel.
Mix mustard with soy sauce, sugar, and sunflower seed oil
in a small bowl.
Add ground black pepper and cumin to taste.
Cook the potatoes in gently boiling water, until tender.
Rinse the potatoes and stir in a few flax seeds, before
working them into a mash.
Stir the rocket leaves into the potato mash with some kala namak
(black salt).
