VEGAN RICE NOODLES WITH CILANTRO, CHILLIES & GREEN PEAS

rice noodles 100g
green peas 75g
miso paste 30g
coconut milk 0,5dl
bio coconut oil 1tsp

peanuts 55g
sea salt

Read instructions on packaging, unpack & separate waste,
then clean your goods.
Prepare all ingredients, then put water to boil.
Heat up peanuts in a pan together with coconut oil.
Roast the peanuts until golden.
Put some miso paste in a small bowl, and pour half
a cup of coconut milk over it.
Work the paste and milk into a sauce.
Add rice noodles to the boiling water.
Pour the rest of the milk over the rinsed noodles,
and stir in the miso sauce.
Preheat oil in a pan, then add chopped onion, garlic,
cilantro & chillies. Top off the pan with frozen green peas and
stir-fry it all together.
Add the roasted peanuts to the noodles and stir gently.
