Read instructions on packaging, unpack & separate waste,
then clean your goods.
Prepare all ingredients, and prepare your steamer.
Cut the onion and tofu. Chop the red cabbage, garlic & ginger,
and some chilli.
Mix the dry yeast with sugar in a large bowl. Add water,
then let it activate.
Top the bowl off with flour and work the mixture into dough.
Then, work the dough into a small ball, cower the bowl,
and let it rest for 1 hour.
After that, work the dough into a ‘snake’ and cut it into small
buns.
Prepare the buns in the steamer.
Heat up oil in a tall pot. Add the onion, some sugar & salt,
then, add the red cabbage. Stir well, add vinegar and cumin,
stir again, and let it cook until the cabbage becomes soft.
Heat up oil in a pan. Fry the garlic & ginger along with some
chilli. Add tomato sauce, a tiny bit of water, and soy sauce.
Stir gently until well combined.
