VEGAN RYE FUSILLI WITH WHITE YEAST SAUCE & DRIED TOMATOES

fusilli 180g
sun-dried tomatoes in oil
coconut milk 1dl
tomato oil

inactive dry yeast
kala namak
black pepper
sea salt
Read instructions on packaging, unpack & separate waste,
then clean your goods.
Prepare all ingredients and put water to boil.
Cut the tomatoes, then chop the onion & garlic.
Preheat oil in a pan, add onion and mix it with the oil.
Add pasta to the boiling water.
Add sun-dried tomatoes to the onion and top them off with garlic.
Stir-fry the ingredients in the pan.
Rinse the fusilli and put some of the water aside. Then, add
the pasta to the pan.
Pour the coconut milk over it and mix well. Add some pasta water,
if you want your sauce to be more liquid.
Top the pan off with inactive dry yeast and add salt & pepper
to taste.
