VEGAN TORTILLA WRAP WITH BEANS & AVOCADO

coconut milk 0,5dl

Read instructions on packaging, unpack & separate waste,
then clean your goods.
Prepare all ingredients and put water to boil.
Cut the red cabbage, and chop the onion & chilli. Then,
cut the tofu, tomato & avocado.
Add red beans to the boiling water and sprinkle with kala namak
(black salt). Cook until tender.
Put the red cabbage, onion, chilli, salt & black pepper
in a large bowl. Then, pour sunflower seed oil over them
and stir well. (Add a pinch of sugar to taste.)
Put the tofu in a small bowl and mix it with curry powder.
Preheat oil in a pan, add the green beans, and after 2 to 3 minutes
add the tofu. When the green beans are ready, empty the pan.
Put miso paste into a cup with coconut milk and make a sauce.
Add cayenne pepper and stir until well mixed.
Glaze the red beans with soy sauce.
Put a tortilla on a plate and cover the middle part with dijon
mustard and avocado. Put the red cabbage mixture on top,
then add the tofu with green beans, tomatoes,
and pour miso sauce over the filling.
