VEGAN PUFFY TORTILLAS WITH SAMOSA FILLING & RED LENTILS

tomato sauce 30g
tortillas 4pcs
bio coconut oil 1tsp

red lentils 100g
curry powder
cayenne pepper
black pepper
kala namak
sea salt
cumin
Read instructions on packaging, unpack & separate waste,
then clean your goods.
Prepare all ingredients and put water to boil.
Cut the potatoes, and chop the onion & garlic. Then, cut
the tortillas into 8 equal pieces.
Preheat oil in a pot and add onion. Then, add the lentils
and top them off with curry powder and cayenne pepper.
Pour some water over the lentils and stir well.
Boil the potatoes. After rinsing, mash them.
When the lentils are tender, add tomato sauce and stir it in.
Heat up oil, cumin and cayenne pepper in a large pan.
Add the potatoes and green peas, then sprinkle with black pepper.
Brush your grill pan with oil, and toast the tortillas
on both sides.
Mix garlic with sunflower seed oil in a small bowl. Use
the mixture to give the tortillas a nice garlicky taste.
