VEGAN LENTIL CURRY WITH PARSLEY & POTATOES

parsley 1pc
red potatoes 300g
purple onion 1pc
ginger 6g

green beens 75g
tomato sauce 125ml
bio coconut oil 2tsp

yellow lentils 100g
curry powder
cayenne pepper
sea salt
Read instructions on packaging, unpack & separate waste,
then clean your goods.
Prepare all ingredients and put water to boil.
Cut the potatoes, put them into boiling water, and lower the heat.
Then, chop garlic & onion, and cut the parsley root.
Add lentils to the potatoes when they are half cooked.
Heat up oil in a tall pot, add rice, and stir until rice heats up.
Then, add water and let cook.
Heat up oil in a large pan and add chopped onion.
Add parsley root and garlic, stir fry, lower the heat,
then add frozen green beans.
Sprinkle with curry powder and pour in the tomato sauce
when veggies are softened.
Add rinsed, cooked potatoes and lentils to the pan and stir well.
