VEGAN BARLEY GROATTO WITH GREENPEACE & PUMPKIN

pumpkin 1/4
purple onion 1pc
garlic 3pcs
coriander

green peas 90g
bio coconut oil 1tsp

barley groats 120g
cayenne pepper
sea salt

Read instructions on packaging, unpack & separate waste,
then clean your goods.
Prepare all ingredients and put water to boil.
Cut the pumpkin, separate the coriander stalks,
then chop onion & garlic.
Add half of the pumpkin to the boiling water and reduce heat.
Add barley groats and leave covered until cooked,
while stirring occasionally.
Preheat oil in a large pan. Then, slightly fry the onion
and add the rest of the pumpkin.
When pumpkin is softened, add garlic.
Top the garlic off with coriander stalks, stir well, and minimise the heat.
Add frozen green peas when the rest of the veggies are done
and stir slowly.
Add the cooked pumpkin with barley groats to the pan and turn all
into a yummy ‘groatto'.
