VEGAN GARLIC POTATOES WITH GRILLED PUMPKIN & SESAME

potatoes 436g

bio coconut oil 1tsp

sea salt
black pepper
cayenne pepper
black sesame
Read instructions on packaging, unpack & separate waste,
then clean your goods.
Prepare all ingredients and put water to boil.
Cut pumpkin into bows, cut potatoes into half-moons, chop garlic
and separate coriander stalks & leaves.
Add potatoes to the boiling water.
Grill the pumpkin bows on one side. If needed,
freshen with 1 tbsp of water.
Sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper and turn to slowly grill the other side.
Rinse boiled potatoes, add chopped garlic and coriander stalks,
sprinkle with a tiny bit of cayenne pepper, and add 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
Mix well, but if you don't like raw garlic,
do this while the potatoes are still on the stove.
Sprinkle the pumpkin with black sesame, pour over a tsp of soy sauce,
and decorate with coriander leaves.
